What is it Plasma Lift/Fibroblast?

The Plasma Lifting/Fibroblast treatment is a non-invasive, non-surgical procedure that shrinks excess skin and wrinkles while instantly smoothing the areas with very little downtime. The actual procedure involves using a handheld device (pen) that forms ionized gases in the air to create a small electrical arc similar to a tiny lightening bolt stimulating instant contractions and tightening of the skin’s fibers. The difference in voltage between the device and a person’s skin to generate a small electrical arch or “plasma discharge”.

How long do the effects of Plasma Lift/Fibrobalst last?

The aging factor of the skin is based on lifestyle, genetics and sun exposure. Plasma Lift helps repair the skin by mitigating the aging process. You cannot stop your skin from aging; however, typical results will last 2-3 years.

Does it hurt?

As every individual is different, the levels of discomfort will vary. In order to minimize any sensation, we will use our Medical Grade Numbing agent prior to and during the procedure in order to make the treatment as comfortable and pain-free as possible.

What is the downtime?

The Plasma Lift treatments can be quick to recover from but this also depends on a number of things to consider including the person’s lifestyle and skin laxity. Downtime is typically 2-3 days before the crusts start to fall off. The redness in the area (occasionally light pink) may stay for 7-10 days. Complete healing is 12 weeks as your skin continues to renew and generate new skin growth.
